This website, titancapital.au, is operated by TC Security 001 Pty Ltd trading as Titan Capital (ABN 62 634 573 943), 55 Clarence Street, Sydney NSW 2000. In this policy, “we” and “us” means Titan Capital.

What we collect through this website

We only collect the information you choose to send us through the forms on this site:

• Send a scenario: your name, brokerage, email, phone and aggregator; the security address or suburb, property type, loan amount, purpose, LVR estimate and timeframe; any notes; and a file if you attach one.
• Contact us: your name, email, phone if you give it, and your message.

The site has no user accounts or comments. If you send us details about a client, please make sure you have their consent to share them with us.

How we use it

We use what you send to read and respond to your scenario or enquiry, and to contact you about it. We don't sell it or use it for anything unrelated.

Where your data is sent

Form submissions are delivered by email to our team through our email provider, Resend. The website itself is hosted by Vercel. Both process the information only to deliver the website and the email.

Cookies

This website doesn't set cookies. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which records the pages viewed, the referring website, and the visitor's country, browser and device type. It uses no cookies and doesn't identify individual visitors.

Embedded content from other websites

The map on our Contact page is loaded from Google Maps, and only when you choose to show it. Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if you had visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content.

How long we retain your data

We keep enquiries and scenarios for as long as we need them to respond and to work with you, and for any period we are obliged to keep them for administrative, legal or security purposes.

What rights you have over your data
